Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
• Books with writing, torn pages, or signs of use cannot be returned.
• Stationery items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide your order number and a clear photo/video of the issue.
• We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued once the returned item is inspected and approved.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or via bank transfer.
• Processing time may take 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
